Caltech is a world-renowned science and engineering Institute that marshals some of the world’s brightest minds and most innovative tools to address fundamental scientific questions and pressing societal challenges. In need of constant fundraising, they needed a brochure to promote their “Breakthrough” campaign.
A local design firm reached out to us to to assist in the development this look through the use of arresting colors and sharp angular shapes. To date the campaign has brought in over $1.35 billion in funds.

Caltech’s Breakthrough Campaign
In 2016, Caltech launched the Break Through campaign, a bold $2 billion fundraising effort to secure Caltech’s future as a source of transformative discovery for society. This was an opportunity to reflect on areas where investments in their people, programs, and facilities can lead to important new knowledge and technologies.
Caltech Rothenberg Innovation Initiative brochure
In 2008, Jim and Anne Rothenberg generously provided funding to establish the Caltech Innovation Initiative, which provides grants for early-stage research that may lead to marketable technologies for the benefit of society.
Caltech Resnick Institute Proposal
Founded in 2009 with the goal of creating new and economically viable sources of sustainable energy, the Resnick Sustainability Institute at Caltech has made substantial advances by seeding innovative ideas.
